Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hot Springs, An Ihg Hotel, Hot Springs

I found the hotel to be a pleasant surprise with spacious and well-appointed rooms, though slightly more expensive than expected. The cleanliness and comfort of the room, complete with a kitchenette, exceeded my expectations. The service was a mix of an untidy presentation with dirt sweeping yet made up by courteous and professional staff who were very accommodating and friendly. The location was ideal, conveniently situated between Lake Hamilton and downtown Hot Springs with easy access to attractions and services, despite some cleanliness issues during serving hours. The dining experience had its ups and downs, ranging from a lackluster final day to initially enjoyable meals, with typical pre-prepared items lacking in taste. The facilities were generally satisfactory, offering basic amenities to meet my needs.
